  • “Products” – all custom dog tags, accessories, and items sold on the Website

3. Use of the Website

By using the Website, you agree not to:

  • engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • interfere with site functionality
  • copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Website without permission

We may suspend or restrict access for security or maintenance reasons.

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

  • colours, materials, or design placement may differ slightly due to manufacturing processes
  • minor variations are not considered defects
  • in case of an obvious pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order
5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payments must be made at checkout through PayPal or supported credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely. VAT is included where applicable under Irish tax law. Your order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed.

6. Order Process & Formation of Contract

A contract between you and us is formed when:

  • You place an order through the Website.
  • You receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if:

  • the product is out of stock
  • payment is unsuccessful
  • there is a pricing or product error
  • we suspect fraudulent activity
7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Retail orders ship within 1–2 business days
  • Bulk/custom orders within 72 hours
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

A. Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-personalised products within 14 days of delivery (“cooling-off period”).

B. Personalised Items

Custom-made dog tags cannot be returned except when:

  • we made an engraving/production error
  • the item is defective
  • the item was damaged in transit
C. Customer Responsibilities

To return an item, it must:

  • be unused
  • be in its original condition and packaging
D. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (designs, images, text, graphics, logos, product photos) is owned by Original-DogTags. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by delays, misuse of products, or website interruptions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these rules limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR and Irish data protection laws. By using the Website, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These rules are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be handled by the Irish courts, except where EU consumer law provides additional rights. Consumers may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform.
