Return & Refund Guidelines

Return Policy Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and obligations in accordance with EU and Irish consumer law.

1. Personalised Items (Military Dog Tags & Pet Tags)

Our personalised products are custom-made specifically for you. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, personalised or custom-made goods are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where:

  • we made an error (spelling, layout, engraving, product model)
  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item is defective

If the issue is caused by us, we will:

  • ✔ replace the item at no cost
  • ✔ issue a full refund

To report a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • a photo of the item received
2. Non-Personalised Accessories Returns

Non-personalised items (chains, silencers, etc.) can be returned under standard EU rules. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return these items without giving any reason, provided that:

  • the item is unused
  • it is in original condition
  • it includes all original packaging

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Initiating a Return

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay processing.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to our error, we cover all shipping costs. For standard returns of non-personalised items, the customer is responsible for return postage.

5. Handling Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
