1. Personalised Items (Military Dog Tags & Pet Tags)

Our personalised products are made specifically to your order. Because they are customised with unique text or details provided by you, they cannot be returned or refunded under EU consumer regulations once production has begun.

However, if the item you received contains an error caused by us (for example: incorrect spelling, wrong design, or incorrect product model), we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

To request a replacement for an item with a production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

A photo of the item received

2. Non-Personalised Accessories

Non-personalised items such as dog tag accessories (chains, silencers, cases, etc.) may be returned in accordance with standard EU return rules.

You have the right to return non-personalised products within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, provided that:

The item is unused

It is in its original condition

It is returned with all original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For items returned due to our error: we cover all return or replacement shipping costs.

For standard returns of non-personalised items: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
