Shipping Guidelines

We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Processing Times
- Retail orders: shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving your order.
- Bulk or custom orders: shipped within 72 hours, unless otherwise stated.
- Rush orders: contact us at sales@original-dogtags.com and we will confirm availability.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via An Post (Ireland’s national postal service). Shipping services we use include:
- Standard Post (Ireland & EU)
- International Air Mail (outside the EU)
Tracking may be included depending on the selected service at checkout.
3. Delivery Times (Estimated)
Delivery times vary by destination and postal service:
- Ireland: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–10 business days
- UK: 5–12 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
These are estimates provided by An Post. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak periods.
4. Customs and Import Fees
Our location in the EU allows all EU customers to enjoy customs-free shopping. For countries outside the EU (e.g., UK, USA, Canada), local customs charges, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination country
- weight and size of the items
- selected shipping service
You will see the full shipping cost before completing your order.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears delayed, please allow the full estimated shipping time to pass. A shipment is considered lost only after the carrier declares it lost (according to An Post rules).
If your item has not arrived:
- Contact us at sales@original-dogtags.com
- Provide your order number
- We will investigate with An Post
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue:
- a replacement, or
- a full refund
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- failed delivery attempts
- unclaimed packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
